Everyone loves dogs

This is a drawing I did of a woodpecker that lives around my house. I wanted to focus on depth and shading. This was definately a good drawing for that considering all the notches and shapes that the bark on the tree created, it was a perfect oppurtunity for me to draw.

Portrait

This is a self portrait I did of myself last year. I wanted it to be about the tones and shading of my clothing. I did not finish my face because as much as i love drawing/ painting people, I'm not one for self portraits.

This is an antique bottle I was working on in class, I was focusing on the motions and reflections the light made on the bottle.

I wanted to draw something for my brother, so this is what i did. I wanted it to have kind of a whimsical feeling.
